I was running around this morning finishing last minute errands off my to do list for Henry's party when I found myself a stone's throw from the corner of Airport and Manchester. It was then that I remembered the mayor was expected to flip the switch on the new left turn signal on that very corner at 10a this morning. Perfect timing for a photo op.
